Female-led kidnap gang stripped naked, beaten to pulp in Calabar [PHOTOS]

Wednesday was a sad day of reckoning for a group of suspected kidnappers as they were nabbed in Calabar, the Cross Rivers State capital.
The kidnappers, who reportedly confessed to have come from Delta and Enugu States, said kidnap ‘business’ was easier for them in Calabar, hence, the need for their relocation into the state.
Luck, however, ran out on them when they had snatched a car belonging to one Mrs Joyce. They were said to have pushed her and her baby out of the car.
The woman raised the alarm and residents gave them a hot chase.
They were apprehended, beaten and stripped naked before they were handed over to the police.
