Kendall Jenner uses THIS app to get her amazing abs

It’s no secret that Kendall Jenner has an amazing body. But, as she points out in a new post on her website and app, she works hard to stay in top shape—especially when it comes to her abs.
"My abs are my favorite thing to work out,” she says. “I love it when my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, kills my abs. The next day, it hurts to even laugh. That's how I know I'm doing the exercises right!"
Despite the whole personal trainer thing, Kendall says she
struggles to find time to work her abs like everyone else. That’s why she recommends this trick: "Sometimes when I'm watching TV, I think to myself, 'I should be doing crunches and sit-ups right now.' Then I get off the couch and do it," she says.
If you don’t have the budget for hiring a personal trainer and like to give your abs a break during TV time (no judgment), Kendall recommends trying out an app called Instant Abs Trainer, which she says helps her stay motivated.
The app is free and offers up more than 100 ab exercises and workouts. It also comes with videos, so you can actually see someone demonstrate the moves you’re supposed to be doing.
According to a spokesperson for Zumio, which owns the app, downloads have quadrupled in the wake of Kendall's recommendation.
The app gets great ratings and Kendall looks like, well, Kendall, so clearly it’s worth looking into.

Prosecutors allege rapper Young Thug led gang as trial begins and many details unfolded

Prosecutors in Atlanta said Monday that rapper Young Thug was the “proclaimed leader” of a gang that “moved like a pack” to commit crimes, as opening statements in a long-delayed racketeering case got underway. Controversy and hiccups have dogged the sprawling trial alleging criminal conspiracy since jury selection began in January, notably over the state’s presentation of rap lyrics as evidence. The US state of Georgia holds that Young Thug’s record label, YSL, is a front for a crime ring, arguing that the defendants belong to a branch of the Bloods street gang identified as Young Slime Life, or YSL. “The evidence will show that YSL checks all of the boxes for being a criminal street gang,” said Fulton County prosecutor Adriane Love as she delivered the government’s statement, which she began by quoting Rudyard Kipling’s “Law of the Jungle.” Love addressed the issue of songwriting head on: “We didn’t chase the lyrics to solve the murder, we chased the murder and found the lyrics.” S
